- This website is used to book orders and receive payments. Most of the Software products are delivered to customers Electronically in the form if ESD ( Downloadable) and are send to the EMail ID given at the time of ordering.
- Depending on the product and delivery method selected the website charges shipping on products. Free shipping may be granted in some cases depending on the product and customers address.
- Software may be purchased by individuals for themselves or for a Company/Corporation/Organization or legal entity.
- All products may not be available for shipment to all regions. For this purpose the website imposes certain geographical restrictions on the sale of products in specific regions.
- Once the order is paid for, an order mail is send to customers EMail ID used at the time of ordering and a copy of the same is send to the delivery team for further process the order. In case the customer feels there is a change in order send us an email on the order mail with the Subject within 24 hours or before the delivery. Returns Policy may apply on the order and the amount is refunded as per the Return Policy if there is any change in the order.
- Once the order is confirmed by the customer, the backoffice team may procure the goods (not including software) or deliver from stock. In case of software licenses are always procured from OEMs and third-parties for which the owning company is a valid re-seller.
- Once goods / software are ready for deliveryan email is send to the customer on his registered EMail ID with the delivery information. Customer can also sign in to their account and find the license / Download Link and Invoice under My Account Section against the particular Order No.
